Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Advanced Carson Concrete and Masonry handles the information you share with us through this website, starting from our home page. We're a masonry contractor in Carson, CA, and we work in the cities around it. We collect only what we need to answer your questions, give you a quote and do the work you hire us for.

It covers this website, our contact form, and the calls and emails that come to us because of the site. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

Information we collect

We collect what you choose to give us when you fill out our form, call us or email us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of the job, such as a cracked block wall or a chimney that needs repointing. If you send photos of the work, we keep those too.

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically so we can see how the site is used. That can include your browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address. We don't use this to identify you personally.

We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details through this website.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit. We, and the analytics services we use, may use cookies and similar tools to count visitors, see which pages people find useful and keep the site working properly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not remember your choices between visits.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your request, schedule an on-site quote, plan and carry out the job, send estimates and invoices, and follow up on work we've done for you.

We use site usage information to fix problems and make the pages clearer for the next homeowner looking for help. We don't send marketing messages unless you've asked to hear from us, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to anyone for their marketing.

We share information only when it's needed to do the job or run the business. That includes the service that runs our online contact form, our website and analytics providers, our accountant or bookkeeper, and a supplier or permit office when your project requires it. We also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer your request, finish your project and stand behind the work afterward. We also keep business records as long as tax and other laws require.

If you asked for a quote and didn't hire us, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, and then we delete them. Analytics data is kept in summary form by our analytics providers under their own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, the law may give you other rights over your personal information, and we'll honor the ones that apply to you.

We won't treat you differently or charge you more for making one of these requests. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it, so we don't hand your details to the wrong person.

To make a request, use our Contact page or call us at (424) 286-2220.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and we limit who on our team can see it to the people who need it for your job. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial details through the form or by email.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The current version is always the one on this page, and if a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll let you know.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question or a concern about how we've handled your information, tell us and we'll look into it. You can reach us through our Contact page or by calling (424) 286-2220, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM. We reply within 1 business day.
